Lindsey Urband, M.D.
Orthopaedic Surgeon (Hand)
“Most often your ability to bounce back is determined by two things- the quality of your care and the commitment to your recovery- both ours and yours. Patients need to be supported throughout this entire process.”
Dr. Lindsey Urband is a board-certified and fellowship-trained Hand, Upper Extremity and Microsurgeon. Dr. Urband firmly believes in patient-physician communication and providing patients with insight and education to make informed decisions regarding their healthcare. She treats complicated fractures as well as Dupuytren’s contractures, nerve problems, such as carpal and cubital tunnel, and arthritis of the hand and upper extremity. Outside of work, she enjoys running, cycling, paddle boarding, alpine skiing and salsa dancing. Additionally, she pursues traveling and has worked on three surgical missions to Guatemala, as a medical interpreter and as an assistant surgeon. As a former speedskater, she understands athletic injuries in her practice and appreciates the need to safely and effectively return an athlete to competition
